We launched our Women in Manufacturing initiative in March 2022, with the mission to support women and build sustainable female leadership at PIMMS Group. We equip women with opportunities through monthly mentorship programs to help them be the best versions of themselves.

Victor has recently been appointed as our Production Manager with 17 years experience in the business. His role is to ensure that production runs smoothly, products are in great quality, as well as ensure that every member works efficiently. Victor is forever grateful to our CEO, Stephen Stanley for always keeping him motivated as he can then inspire and encourage others.
My name is Nici Lubbe and I am passionate about leading a purpose-driven life. My position as Quality Assurance Manager at PIMMS Group allows me to live out this passion.
If you think about it, quality assurance is based on 1 broad principle: Create every policy, procedure and/or product to be fit for purpose. I (We) strive to increase our customer’s confidence in our products and by doing so our customers know that they can rely on PIMMS

Before devoting all her time to PIMMS Group, Veronique O.C. Stanley practiced as a litigation attorney for 20 years and could be seen in the Johannesburg Labour Appeal Court, the Labour Court and the likes of the CCMA and Bargaining Councils. Although her title states CCO, her portfolio also includes the head of legal, head of marketing and head of HR. As much as Veronique is a black and white A-type personality, always insisting that PIMMS Group strives for legal compliance, she also has a very creative side wanting all customers to have an unfathomable manufacturing experience when they partner with PIMMS Group.
An entrepreneur at heart, Dylan Hinde is the Co-Founder of Earth Studio. He is also the Managing Director and shareholder of Safeloadusa Inc, Dylan has found his passion for people and teamwork through high quality products. He has an eye for seeing ideas and strategy in collaboration through innovation for new products and sales. Through this vision, his strategy to provide high quality products into the trucking, telecommunications and greentech industries began, servicing key partners throughout North America.
With more than 18 years of senior high-level management positions throughout his career as well as being a business owner from an early age he comes with a wealth of experience.
Dylan is goal-driven, yet his faith and family comes first and time with his wife and children is a priority to the overall success in his life.
Bronwynn joined the PIMMS Group in 2020 and has made serious strides in effecting change in PIMMS Group as well as the manufacturing industry. Bronwynn has a marketing, sales, operations, general management and project management background. A very ambitious, solutions driven and hard- working woman. Bronwynn previously successfully ran her own business for 10 years. Her superpower is identifying problems light years ahead.
If you have an existing mould and you are unhappy with the moulded products, we invite you to consult with our engineering team. They can conduct a product material research study on your behalf at a reasonable fee to determine the requirements of your product, what the mechanical properties need to be, the weathering and UV stability needed, whether it’s an engineering application, whether it needs to be printed on, whether it needs to withstand chemical resistance and other considerations.

Usually, packaging is the first product experience the end-user usually has with your product. It is critical! Yet, so often this design function is left to the last-minute and treated half-heartedly. We design excellent, product- and concept-specific packaging ensuring a valuable, memorable and complete end-user experience.
For this, an exceptionally important part of the development process, we have our own 3D printing machines, rapid prototyping machines, and workshop facilities. Outside facilities are also at our disposal, both locally and in China. We base the choice of prototype method not on our facilities, but rather on which prototype solution is best suited to the required task.
